The chair at Matthew Dillard is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is made, dedicated time is set aside — time that cannot be reclaimed. Out of respect for that commitment, and for every client whose appointment follows yours, the following reservation policy applies to all clients throughout Prosper, Celina, and north Frisco, Texas.

RESERVATION POLICY
Cancellations & Scheduling Changes
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours before your appointment incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or appointments missed entirely, incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. All fees are charged to the card on file and must be cleared before a future booking can be made.
All scheduling changes must be communicated via text. This ensures every request is received, documented, and responded to with the care and precision your appointment deserves

Matthew Dillard serves a carefully limited clientele, specializing in medium to fine density hair, throughout Prosper, Celina, and north Frisco, Texas. New client inquiries are welcomed and responded to within one to two business days. To ensure the best possible experience from the very first interaction, please include the following when reaching out:
